In our fully-automatic production line, series components are manufactured for our partners, taking into account maximum efficiency and economy. Components up to a board size of 4,000 x 1,500 mm are produced in an optimal flow between the individual processes.
In the fully-automated production process, we first feed the components from the raw material warehouse to the punching unit with integrated guillotine shears. In the following step, after being transported via a turning and brushing unit, the components are bent in the highest cycle in the swivel bending unit. The components are then fed via a robot unit to another edging process or placed in the packaging units provided.
